Mudavadi gamble to listen to Raila and Uhuru over Kakamega BBI rally paid off, should be grateful to Baba

By Peter Amunga

I am seeing headlines and comments on social media that the president, H.E. Uhuru Kenyatta forced, asked.. or demanded… (whatever you wish) that Musalia Mudavadi to attend the BUKHUNGU BBI rally. These information is causing ripples and conversations as if that is the most strange thing that has ever happened since the Atomic bomb attack on Hiroshima, Japan.

The headline story in today’s online edition for the Sunday nation seems to put in a demeaning manner that Uhuru forced ‘Rebels’ .. read Musalia and Weta to attend the rally. Strange huh?

Wacha niseme hivi. Musalia has never opposed BBI. Truth be told, He was one of the speakers at Bomas who was given a chance by the president and when he spoke he clearly supported it. The only difference between many politicians approach to BBI and Mudavadi’s approach is that while others want power and more power.. Mudavadi talks of economic empowerment for common mwananchi.

*UHURU HAS FAITH IN MUSALIA*
Uhuru asking Mudavadi to attend the BBI rally in KK was infact…an endorsement. It SPEAKS VOLUMES. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to realise that if indeed Uhuru Kenyatta wants Musalia in his functions.. then Musalia is his natural choice for a friend and a leader who can give hope, direction and solutions to Kenya.

*CONCLUSION*
Attending the BBI rally in Kakamega was a blessing in disguise for Musalia Mudavadi and Wetangula. They stormed into the rally they spoke sense they left. The aftermath is even a bigger blessing for Musalia
